3.1 Memory and Preservation

EverEssence preserves your stories and memories to create your digital avatar. This includes:

• Explicit Memories: Stories and information you specifically share with your avatar.
• Personality Traits: Your communication style, values, and preferences as expressed in conversations.
• Contextual Information: Details about family, relationships, and life experiences you choose to share.

You can view, manage, and delete stored memories at any time through the Service interface.

3.2 AI Training

Your personal memories and conversations are NOT used to train general AI models. Your data is used solely to personalize your own digital avatar.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 Family Access

EverEssence allows you to share your digital avatar with family members. You control who has access to your avatar and can modify access permissions at any time. Family members will only see information you have chosen to share through your avatar.

4.2 Service Providers

We engage third-party vendors to help operate the Service, including:

• Cloud hosting providers
• AI model providers
• Analytics services
• Payment processors

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

When you delete specific memories, they are removed from active systems within 30 days. If you request complete account deletion, we will remove all your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
